mts, approximately including common areas and car parking area 100 Sq.feet, Out of
total land ad. measuring 12668.6 Sq.Yds or equivalent to 10590.94 Sq.Mts), Situated at
OLD KAPRA VILLAGE, under Kapra Municipality, Keesara Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.
2. Entire current assets of the company both present and future including book debts /
receivables, bills whether documentary or clean, outstanding monies both present and
future, due from M/s UP Rajkiya Nirman Nigam Limited (UPRNNL) for the turnkey
projects / other projects.
3. All that the an undivided share of Agriculture Land to an extent of Ac. 4 - 00 Guntas (out
of total admeasuring Ac.11-10 Guntas), in Revenue Survey No.83 (Old R. Sy. No. 53/1
and 53/2), situated at GANDHAMGUDA VILLAGE, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga
Reddy District.
The below mentioned assets [excluded assets (sold assets) & Excluded assets (Avoidance
applications)] do not form part of the offerings for sale of CD as a whole (as a going concern).

1. Amounts to be recovered from the avoidance applications filed under IBC sec 66
Fraudulent transactions of Rs. 42.20 crores. Application filed before NCLT, Hyderabad
IA no. 141/ 2021 KVPL vs promoters, creditors & other connected parties of CD.
2. Amounts to be recovered from the Civil suits filed before the VII Metropolitian
Magistrate Court Nampally court in 2263/2019 (STC NI No. 889 of 2023) KVPL vs
Fairmount Constructions Pvt. Ltd., in the Rs. 9.85 crores cheque bounce case.
1. Flat no. 514 in 5th floor Kanakadhara The Land Mark in sy no. 386, 387, 388 & 389 of
Old Kara village, Near Saket, Kapra 500062 (1759 sft.).
The Said property was mortgaged by the corporate debtor in favour Punjab National
Bank on behalf of the Consortim Lenders vide Memorandum of Deposit of Title deeds
dated 24.11.2009. post that the Corporate Debtor has sold the said property in favour
of Mr. P. Venkata Vinay Kumar vide sale deed no. 3376/2010 dated 29.12.2010.
Presently Mr. P. Venkata Vinay Kumar is in posession of the said property.
2. Entire current assets of the company both present and future including book debts /
receivables, bills whether documentary or clean, outstanding monies both present and
future, due from M/s UP Rajkiya Nirman Nigam Limited (UPRNNL) for the turnkey
projects / other projects.
