In Tirupur Registration District, Palladam Sub Registration District, Tirupur Taluk, V.Kallipalayam Village, in S.F.No.423 an extent of 6.52 Acres assessed at Rs.5.28 in this on the southern part as per the present sub-division S.F.No.423/2 an extent of 2.29.0 hectares for this 5.67 acres assessed at Rs.4.61 in this an extent of 5.37 acres situated within the following boundaries:--
East of S.F.No.424;
West of the land belonged to Nallasamy;
North of the east-west cart track and
South of the share of lands belonged to Venkadasamy Gounder;
And the right to use the common cart tracks and other mamool cart tracks to reach the property.

In Tirupur Registration District, Palladam Sub Registration District, Tirupur Taluk within the limits of Pongalur Union V.Kallipalayam Village,
(i) In S.F.No.424 an extent of 10.18 acres assessed at Rs.8.25 in this as per the present sub-division S.F.No.424/4B an extent of 1.68.5 hectares for this 4.16 acres situated within the following boundaries:
East of the South-North Road,
West of S.F.No.423/2,
North of East-West Itteri and
South of the cart track in S.F.No.424/4A
(ii) In S.F.No.424/4A an extent of 0.03.5 hectare for this 0.09 acre (9 cents) assessed at Rs.0.07 left for common cart track in this common half share i.e. 0.04-1/2 acre (4-1/2 cents).
(iii) In S.F.No.424/3 an extent of 1.13.5 hectares for this 2.80-1/2 acres assessed at Rs.2.27 situated within the following boundaries:
East of the lands belonged to Viswanathan and others,

West of an extent of 2.65 acres in S.F.No.423/3 mentioned in item No.(iii) of the schedule herein,
North of East-West cart track in S.F.No.424/4A and
South of the lands in S.F.No.424/1 belonged to Viswanathan and others
In this an extent of 0.06 acres (six cents) assessed at Rs.0.05.
(v) n S.F.No.424/1 an extent of 1.24.5 hectares assessed for this 3.07 acres at Rs.2.50 in this on the
Southern part an extent of 0.68 acres (68 cents) situated within the following boundaries:
East of the lands belonged to Viswanathan in S.F.No.424/1,
West of S.F.No.423/1,
North of S.F.No.424/3 and
South of the land in S.F.No.424/1 belonged to Viswanathan;
The total extent in all the above five items of properties are 7.59-1/2 acres and the right to use the common cart tracks and other mamool cart tracks to reach the properties.
